About us
Operational clarity and scalable systems for growth-minded leaders.
We help founders and leadership teams eliminate chaos, strengthen accountability, and build systems that stand the test of growth.
Why We Exist
Legacy Line Operations was born from a clear observation: founders and leadership teams often struggle not for lack of vision, but for lack of structure. In early engagements, we saw one pattern again and again — leaders with enormous potential held back by operational friction, unclear roles, and systems that didn’t scale.
That inspired a simple idea:
It’s not just about efficiency — it’s about building systems leaders can trust, so people thrive and organizations grow sustainably

About the Founder
Legacy Line Operations was founded on a simple conviction: Structure creates freedom.
I was raised on military bases, where I learned early that accountability is not about control — it is about stewardship. When systems are built with intention, they create stability, shared responsibility, and trust. That understanding continues to shape how I design operations and how I partner with leaders today.
A Foundation of Service & Discipline
My father — a Vietnam Veteran, former U.S. Marine Corps Senior Drill Instructor, Electrical Contractor, and ordained United Methodist Minister — modeled leadership through discipline, service, and integrity.
My mother’s strength and consistency demonstrated that sustainable success is built steadily, intentionally, and in service of others.
Together, they instilled in me a deep respect for principled leadership, operational discipline, and long-term stewardship. That influence is woven into every engagement at Legacy Line Operations.
Professional Depth
I bring more than 30 years of cross-industry operational and administrative experience across nonprofit, healthcare, banking, aerospace, logistics, industrial services, and field-based operations.
I began my career at 18 in a nonprofit serving at-risk youth in Oxnard, California. That environment shaped my understanding of structure as a tool for impact — not just efficiency. From there, I intentionally pursued roles that allowed me to understand how organizations function from multiple angles.
My experience includes:
Sales support and quoting coordination across industrial service environments
Client relationship management in service-based and nonprofit settings
Revenue cycle support including billing, invoicing, and collections coordination
Cross-functional sales operations alignment between field teams, finance, and leadership
I have supported commercial workflows within:
HR generalist and administrative leadership environments
International customer service operations
Banking and financial office coordination
Healthcare administration
Church and nonprofit organizations
Aerospace engineering support (with exposure to Lean management principles)
Dispatch and terminal leadership in logistics
Industrial service organizations (HVAC, mechanical, and service field-based operations)
This background has given me a practical understanding of how revenue is generated, protected, and sustained — not just how systems function internally.
In 2023, I was nominated for Tradeswoman of the Year in my industry at Grundfos CBS.
Throughout every role, one theme remained constant: Stabilize the workflow. Clarify responsibility. Protect cash flow. Support the people doing the work.
Designing for the Long Term
The most important lesson I’ve learned is this: Operations — especially SOPs — must be designed for the future, not just for today.
Systems should align with a leader’s workstyle and anticipate growth from the outset. When that alignment exists, execution becomes sustainable rather than exhausting. The impact compounds over time.
Legacy Line Operations was founded in January 2026 to serve as a strategic partner for leaders who value clarity, follow-through, and intentional growth.
How I Work
What sets my work apart is the balance between structure and relationship. I bring a calm, collaborative presence to every engagement. I listen first. I diagnose carefully. I build systems that are practical, not theoretical.
Whether modernizing dispatch workflows, supporting paperless transitions, strengthening reporting visibility, or refining operational cadence, my goal remains consistent: Help organizations operate with confidence. Communicate with intention. Build systems that endure.
